Once you select a language the menu changes immediately.
Screen saver
If the screen saver is activated, a screen saver will appear if no buttons are pressed
for 3 minutes (but not during playback).
Last Memory
With this function, the DVD player remembers where the last DVD was at when it
was stopped. If you insert the same DVD into the device again, playback will resume
from the last position. The last position on the DVD will be remembered even if the
device is switched off.

If you use the analogue output
you can change the loudspeaker
settings from this menu.
SURROUND:
Select this set-
ting if you want to output sur-
round sound.
STEREO:
This option produces
stereo sound. Choose this setting if the sound is played through two speakers only.

Dynamic
The Dolby Digital sound format
supports a dynamic setting that
allows you to set the volume dif-
ference between quiet and loud
passages on a scale from
OFF
to
FULL
in nine increments.
OFF:
The sound remains un-
changed, i.e. loud passages and
bass are played loudly, quiet pas-
sages are played quietly (“cinema
sound”). The setting is only appro-
priate if no one can be disturbed.
FULL:
The volume difference is minimised, i.e. the volume is reduced for loud pas-
sages and increased for quiet passages. This setting is appropriate, for example, at
night.
