Loading
The maximum capacity of the drum is 8 kg:
The washing machine drum must be loaded with clothes according to the following
instructions:
Cotton, jeans, baby clothes:
Drum filled to the maximum (do
not force the clothes into the drum
as this will cause a deterioration of
the washing quality!).
Easy care:
Fill drum half full (maximum).
Wool, delicates, delicate fabrics:
Fill drum one-third full (maximum).
NOTICE!
Risk of damage!
Overloading the washing machine can damage the
washed clothes!
Refer to the table of wash programmes for the
maximum amount of laundry to be washed,
depending on the wash programme.
13.9. Laundry distribution control
The electronic control system of the washing machine is equipped with an
unbalance control feature.
The laundry distribution is checked at the beginning of the wash, the drum rotates
for a few minutes and then the wash cycle begins.
The distribution of wash items in the drum is also checked before the spin cycle. If
too much imbalance is detected, the system will attempt to change the distribution
of the laundry in the washing machine several times.
Sometimes these measures are insufficient for the proper distribution of the laundry
(in the case of terry towelling bathrobes washed with other items, sheets that have
twisted into a ball and trapped other garments etc.).
The appliance can then react in two ways:
–
The uneven distribution of the laundry is accepted, but at reduced spinning
speed.
–
The laundry is found to be unevenly distributed and spinning is not carried
out.
In each case, open the door when the programme ends and then distribute the
laundry manually.
Close the door and select the spin programme again.
