Press the container so that a
tiny droplet forms on the tip of
the container.

Place the drop onto the blood
sample area on the end of the
test strip.

Do not get any control solution
on the top of the test strip.

When a sufficient amount of
control solution has been ab-
sorbed by the reaction cell you
will hear a beep and in the display
" " will be shown.

The monitor starts a countdown
of approx. 5 seconds which is
shown in the display.
10.
In the display, a test result
appears. Before you re-
move the test strip, check
whether the result lies
within the range indicated
on the test strips container.
11.
After that, remove the test
strip and throw it away.
