1.
Set the time by turning the small wheel in the battery compartment.
2.
If you do not use the clock, remove the battery.
1.
Place the scale on a stable, firm surface. All four feet must be touching
the floor. Uneven and soft flooring affects measuring accuracy.
2.
Always weigh yourself on the same scale, at the same place and at the
same time. Weigh yourself without clothing, before meals, preferably in
the morning before breakfast.
3.
If you stand with both feet on the scales,
“
0.0 kg
”
appears.
The values change and the weight unit
”
kg
”
flashes while your weight is
being calculated. When the measurement has stabilised,
”
kg
”
is shown
continuously. Your measured body weight, e.g.
65.1
(65 kg 100 g),
will be displayed for approx. 6 seconds. The scales then switch off auto-
matically.
NOTE
If the scales have been transported or moved, you can calibrate
them by tapping the surface lightly with your foot until
“ CAL”
first appears and then
“0.0 kg”
in the display. The scales switch
off automatically after approx. 6 seconds.
The following error messages may appear in the display:
The scale is overloaded.
The battery is low and must be replaced.
