NOTE -
If the alert pattern is set on beep, a series of ascending tones will be heard. This tone is
unique to the HIGH alert. If the alert type is set on vibrate, vibrations do not vary for different
alarms.
NOTE -
In the screen above, 250 mg/dl is being used as an example.
Error Message: HIGH (High Glucose Alarm)
Cause: Glucose value is higher than or equal to the high glucose limit.
Action:

Press the SEL button and then the ACT button to clear the alarm. The alarm will turn off and the
HOME screen will reappear. The alarm will repeat about every hour (or longer if the Repeat interval
has been customized) until the condition has been corrected.
6.
Take a blood glucose meter reading. If the value indicates a high blood glucose level, treat per your
doctor’s instructions and enter the value into the Monitor for calibration.
7.
Even if the blood glucose value does not confirm the alarm, enter the value into the Monitor for
calibration.
