GENERAL INSPECTION
1. Check that all screw unions are tight are
regular intervals.
2. Check the power cord and plug for
damage at regular intervals. A damaged
power cord or plug must be replaced by
an authorised service centre or other qual-
ified personnel to ensure safe use.
Cleaning
WARNING!
Do not expose the product to water.
• Keep the air inlet and outlet clean.
• Remove dust and dirt at regular intervals
with a soft brush or cloth.
• Lubricate all the moving parts at regular
intervals.
• Clean the casing with a soft cloth
moistened with a mild detergent when
necessary. Do not use alcohol, petrol or
polish.
• Never use caustic agents to clean plastic
parts.
IMPORTANT:
• SAE 30 (viscosity 30) or L-DAB 100 over
10°C.
• SAE 10 (viscosity 10) or L-DAB 68 over
10°C.
2. Drain condensation water through the
drain plug at the end of every day.
3. Check the air filter cartridge on the inside
at regular intervals.
– Remove the plastic cover (A) from
the housing (B) and clean the filter
(C). Replace the air filter and close
the cover.

NOTE:
Never use the compressor without the air
filter.
4. Check the functionality of the safety valve
every day. When checking, the pressure in
the tank must be close to the maximum
pressure.
– To check the valve, put the tank
under pressure and pull the ring on
the safety valve, whereby air should
come out through the valve. Release
the ring on the safety valve and
check that the flow of air stops.
WARNING!
• Wear safety glasses when checking.
• Keep your face away from the safety
valve and the air that flow out at high
pressure.
• In the event the safety valve is not
working properly as described above,
switch off the product immediately and
contact the retailer to have have the
valve checked and if necessary repaired.
Do not use the compressor if the safety
valve is not working properly.
