• The compressor is intended to be used in
a well ventilated area and an ambient
temperature of +5 to +40°C. The room
should be free from dust, acid, fumes and
flammable or explosive gas.
• The compressor is only intended to be
used in dry areas. It must not be used in
places where work is carried out with
sprayed water.
POWER SUPPLY
• The electric motor is ready for use on
delivery. The electrical circuits comply with
the requirements in the VDE and DIN
standards. The power point to which the
product is connected and any extension
cords must also comply with the
requirements in these standards.
• The product has a power cord with an
earthed plug. The plug can be connected
to an earthed 230 V 50 Hz power point
with a fuse of at least 16 A.
• Check that the mains voltage corresponds
to the rated voltage on the type plate on
the product.
• Long extension cords can result in loss of
voltage and make starting the motor
more difficult. Extension cords up to 25 m
must have a minimum cross-sectional
wire area of at least 1.5 mm².
• The connection and the repair of electrical
equipment must only be carried out by an
authorised electrician.
• An ambient temperature below +5°C can
also make starting more difficult or
impossible.
INTENDED USE
• The compressor is intended to be used for
pneumatic tools with low air consumption
(up to 107 l/min), for example tyre pump
nozzles, blower nozzles and paint guns.
The compressor is not suitable for tools
with a high consumption of air, such as
grinders or impact wrenches.
FITTING THE SUPPORT LEG
1. Put the hex screw (a) through the side
foot (4). Lift up the side foot and screw,
put the screw (a) through the hole, put on
the flat washer (c) and spring washer (b),
and then screw on the nut (b).
FIG. 3
FITTING THE AIR FILTER
The supplied air filter (12) must be fitted before
using the compressor.
FIG. 4
NOTE:
The compressor must not be used without
the air filter.
FITTING THE COMPRESSED AIR
HOSE
An extension hose can be used if the
compressor cannot be placed in the immediate
vicinity of the workplace (sold separately).
Connect the quick-coupling on the extension
hose to one of the quick-couplings on the
compressor (5 or 11). Now connect the
pneumatic tool to the quick-coupling on the
other end of the hose.

USE
PREPARATIONS
• Check that the mains voltage corresponds
to the rated voltage on the type plate.
• Install the compressor as close as possible
to the air consumption – the air hoses
and cords should be as short as possible.
• Make sure the intake air to the
compressor is dry and free from dust.
• Do not install the compressor in a damp
area.
