Check that the plug is intact and
correctly plugged in and that the
power point is supplied with voltage.

Check that the extension cord is not
too long in relation to its cross-
sectional area.
Ambient temperature too low.

ambient temperature less than +5 °C.
Overheated motor.
Allow the engine to completely cool.
Rectify the reason for the overheating.
The compressor runs
but does not provide
any pressure.
Non-return valve leaks.
Replace the non-return valve at an
authorised service centre.
Damaged seals.
Check the seals and replace damage
seals at an authorised service centre.
Condensation drain plug (1)
leaking.
Tighten the plug by hand. Check, and if
necessary replace the seal in the plug.
The compressor runs
and there is a reading
on the pressure gauge,
but the pneumatic tool
does not work.
Hose couplings leaking.
Check the hose couplings on the hose
and tool and replace leaking hose
couplings.
Quick-couplings leaking.
Check the quick-couplings and replace
leaking quick-couplings.
Pressure on pressure reduction
valve (7) set too low.
Set the pressure reduction valve to a
higher pressure.
