SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Read the Operating Instructions carefully before use
WARNING:
To minimise the risk of injury, everyone who uses, installs, repairs, maintains, changes parts or works
close to this tool must read and understand these instructions before starting work.
Always wear safety glasses when working with or carrying out maintenance on this tool.
Never use damaged or worn air hoses or couplings.
Never carry the tool by the hose.
Always maintain a firm footing and good balance. Avoid leaning over the work area when using the
tool.
Air tools can vibrate during use. Vibration, repetitive movements and uncomfortable postures may
cause strain on hands and arms. Stop work if you feel any discomfort, trembling or pain. Seek
medical advice before continuing work.
Always turn off the air supply and disconnect the air supply hose before installation or performing any
work on the tool.
Maximum air pressure 3.4 bar.

OPERATION
NOTE:
Adjust the spray width and paint flow before use.
Oil-based paints (such as volatile paints) and paints with medium to high viscosity are recommended.
If the spray gun is used with water-based paints, it must be cleaned using water or a special
detergent (acrylic). Do not leave the spray gun in the detergent for too long. Do not use banana oil
(isopentyl acetate) for cleaning.
Maximum permitted working pressure is 3.4 bar. A higher pressure may damage the spray gun.
Only use the spray gun for its intended purpose.
