Air supply requirements
The working pressure of the tool should be 3.4 bar. A higher pressure drastically reduces the service
life of the tool.
Use
1. Connect the air hose to the compressed air
intake.
2. Connect the paint container to the paint inlet.
3. Press the switch to the required depth and
adjust the flow of paint as required. Set the
width using the switch and the paint flow
setting.
MAINTENANCE
Dismantle and inspect the air motor every three months if the tool is used every day. Replace broken and
worn parts.
Lubrication
Use an air line lubricator, set to provide 2 drops of SAE#10 oil per minute. If it is not possible to use
an air line lubricator, inject air motor oil into the inlet every third hour.
Clean the air filter each week.
