For safe operation and maintenance, symbols are carved in relief on the machine
Be aware of these symbols:
Port for refilling fuel fixture
Position: near the fuel cap
Port for refilling chain oil
Position: near the oil cap
Engine switch
Flipping the switch to the ”O” position, immediately stops
the engine
Position: left side of the rear handle
Operating the choke knob
Pull out the choke knob to close it, push in the choke to open it
Position: Air filter cover
Adjusting the oil pump
Use a screwdriver to turn the screw towards the ”MAX” position
to increase the amount of chain oil and towards the ”MIN”
position to reduce amount of chain oil
Position: Bottom of the power unit
The screw under the ”H” stamp is the High-speed mixture
adjustment screw
The screw under the ”L” stamp is the Slow-speed mixture
adjustment screw
