Guide bar
• Reverse the bar at regular intervals to prevent partial wear
• The bar rail should always be absolutely straight
• Check for wear of the bar rail Apply a ruler to the bar and the outside of a cutter If a gap is
observed between them, the rail is normal Otherwise, the bar rail is worn Such a bar needs to
be corrected or replaced
NOTE:
The table below shows all approved combinations of bar and chain For replacement only bars
and chains from the table below may be used If you use non-approved combinations it may cause
serious personal injury and damage to the machine
