Realm Cloud Connection
Use this page to view or verify the database and server currently selected for the device.
Touching the Cloud icon in the lower right opens the Realm Cloud Connection screen, which identifies the server and
database currently selected. If you have a look there, click Cancel after viewing.
NOTICE: The cloud connection and database information have been pre-set at the factory and
should not need to be modified by most users.
After a server has been accessed for the first time, its name will appear in the Past Connections drop-down list for
easier selection during future sessions.

Recommended Testing Sequence
To properly test Assets and to establish effective predictive maintenance programs, we suggest using a regimented
testing sequence. The approach involves conducting a series of progressively rigorous tests, and if a test fails,
troubleshooting and repairing at that time.
Testing should continue only after satisfactory diagnosis and repair.
The suggested testing sequence is:
1. Low-voltage RLC (resistance, inductance, capacitance)—balance resistance test.
2. Megohm/insulation Resistance (IR), dielectric absorption (DA), polarization index (PI).
3. HiPot (standard, ramp, or step).
4. Surge.
NOTE: This chapter includes brief descriptions of each test type conducted with the ADX analyzer.
