Automatic RLC Test
1. When the Auto RLC test is selected, the Test Initiation screen appears first as described above then the RLC Test
screen appears.
2. Select the lead(s) that you want to test or select ALL LEADS. Monitor the RLC screen to view test results collected
when the test completes.

3. If capacitance testing is turned on in the Test Configuration, the software will alert you to reconfigure the test leads
as shown in the example below. Test Lead 1 will be connected to motor lead 1, test lead 2 to the motor frame, and
test lead three will be disconnected (not contacting any motor lead or ground).

NOTE: Acknowledge this message only after the leads have been reconfigured. Pressing the OK button
will immediately initiate the capacitance test.
4. Another message will appear after the capacitance test completes telling you to restore the test leads to their
original connections.
Ensure that the connections are restored before clicking OK
.
5. When testing completes, press SAVE to record your data on the local database.
6. Press the EXIT icon in the top right corner to leave the RLC screen.
