Note:
1. After you change the [P00.07], the corresponding function code (such as [PXX.YY]) will be automatically
refreshed. Thereafter the user can adjust [PXX.YY]. However, after the user adjusts the function code, if they
change the value of [P00.07], then [PXX.YY] will return to the corresponding default value of [P00.07].
2. Under slewing and luffing mode, the brake function of BRA/BRC is simple brake function,it is different from
the lifting brake logic. Can be understood as: stop and fault state, BRA/BRC open circuit; running state,
BRA/BRC closed.
3.TA/TB /TC: Drive normal state (stop, running): TA / TB closed, TA / TC open. Drive fault state is opposite.
4. Under slewing mode,our control strategy is flexible multi-motor open loop vector, for the first of our
company, must run with motor. In the electrical assembly workshop, the drive will run without motor after
wiring in order to verify the connection and see the output frequency. This case the output frequency and
setting frequency does not match. Users need to manually set [P02.00] to 2, that is the V / F mode. After
detection is completed, re-set [P02.00] to 0.
5. Under lifting mode, the brake logic and related parameters are default, generally do not need adjust, but the
user can fine-tune. Four kinds of failure associated with brake logic are summarized as follows:
Er.bcF: brake can not release.
Er.Fbr: Brake contactor feedback exception.
Er.bsF: Under stop status, PG feedback pulse is detected. There are two cases: brake mechanism loose, the
decline occurred under load. Or serious interference, the interference pulse is detected by PG card.
Er.FbL: Closed-loop start, the drive releases brake command before the corresponding torque is applied to
the brake mechanism. If the pulse is monitored by PG, report this fault.
