9.6
Operation of the tank emptying process, collection tank
compression-proof with pendulum gas line
- Circulation is activated after logging in (turning on the key switch)!
- Circulation should take place for at least 15 min.!
- Circulation is deactivated by selecting a suction process (pressing the selection
key) "With compressed air" or :"Without compressed air"!
•
(Key) switch "Acknowledge – connection" set to position 1.
Pressing "Acknowledge – connect" activates circulation!
•
Tank emptying – connect hose.
•
Pendulum gas – connect hose.
•
Option!
"Start without compressed air" - only suction power from the disposal vehicle!
"Start with compressed air" - compressed air from the MEIKO unit!
•
Press the illuminated white button "Start without compressed air" or "Start with
compressed air" and the selected button is continuously lighted up.
•
If you select compressed air, wait one minute before the tank vehicle starts the
suction process.
•
The selection can be deactivated and restarted by pressing the "Stop" button!
•
Emptying can take place.
•
After emptying the suction process is started "Without compressed air" so that
the tank vehicle can vacuum.
•
Set (key) switch "Acknowledge connection" after emptying to position 0.
•
Disconnect tank emptying hose from "food waste" tank wagon connection.
•
Disconnect the pendulum gas hose at the "pendulum gas" hose connection.
9.7
Switching on the WasteStar machine
Switch on the main switch on the side of the electri-
cal control cabinet!
Press the white “Control Unit ON” button
Press the white “Control Unit ON” button on the elec-
trical control cabinet in the waste storage area!
The WasteStar machine is now ready for operation!
After a power failure the control of the wet waste system must be switched on using
the button on the control cabinet. It does not start up on its own!
