The electrical plane starts. Wait for the full
revolutions.
Bring the electrical plane to the work piece.
Correct planing
Shavings ejection and dust
development. Risk of damage to
breathing passages. Only plane with
the shavings collection bag mounted.

Please note:
• The plane shoe must always make full
contact with the work piece.
• The setting handle for the plane depth
may not be adjusted during planing.
Switching off
Lift the electrical plane from the work
piece.

Blade drums that continue
to operate. Risk of injury if touched.
Wait until they have come to a
standstill. As soon as the motor has
come to a standstill, put down the
electrical plane.
Pull the plug out of the power socket.
Empty the shavings collection bag
Shavings collect in the shavings
collection bag. There is a risk of device
damage caused by overheating in the
event that the extraction of shavings is
blocked. Empty the shavings collection
bag in good time.
Remove the shavings collection bag.
In order to empty the shavings collection
bag: Open the zip over a container.
