PREPARATION
• Wipe the water tank (8), ice bucket
(15) and ice scoop (16) with a well-
wrung cloth before use.
USE
• Check that the drain plug (13) is cor-
rectly inserted so that the water tank
is watertight.
• Plug the appliance in. The ICE indica-
tor flashes to indicate that the appli-
ance is in standby.
• Open the lid (1). Lift the ice bucket up.
Fill the water tank (8) with water. The
water temperature must be between
8 and 28 °C. The water level must not
exceed the MAX mark (14). Insert the
ice bucket in place and close the lid
again.
• Switch on the appliance using the
ON/OFF button on the control panel
(10). The ICE indicator is permanently
lit and the appliance starts pumping
and cooling water.
• The water in the tray freezes to
ice cubes around the teeth in the
evaporator (5). The ice cubes are
pushed over into the ice bucket by the
conveyor once they are ready.
One cycle typically takes 7-15 min-
utes depending on the water tem-
perature and the ambient temperature
The first 3 times ice cubes may be
smaller or vary in size. This is com-
pletely normal.
• If the ADD WATER indicator comes
on, refill the appliance with water and
restart it by pressing the ON/OFF
button. If you do not restart the appli-
ance, this will happens automatically
after about 20 minutes.
• If the ICE FULL indicator comes on,
empty the ice bucket (15) using the
ice scoop (16). Shortly after the appli-
ance continues to produce ice cubes.
Do not overfill the ice bucket! If
necessary, place the ice cubes in the
freezer if you don’t intend to use them
immediately.
• Switch the appliance off using the
ON/OFF button when you have fin-
ished using it.
