PRIOR TO FIRST USE
Check that you have removed all packaging from your hairdryer.
USE
•
For the first time the hai
r
dryer is used, it may give o
ff
a small amount of smoke. This is because an extra
layer of protective oil on the heating element
is
being
heated up. This is quite normal and not dange
r
ous,
and will disappear after a short period of use.
•

e, with position 1 indicating low

position indicates lower speed, and the higher
position indicates higher speed.

If you hold the cool shot button (7) in, the hai

position 0. The hai

dryer can be hung up using the
Hanging Loop (6) at the bottom of the handle.
CLEANING
•
Remove the plug fr
om the socket for cleaning.
•
Clean the hairdryer with a well-wrung damp cloth
and a little washing-up liquid, if

red. Wipe off
with a dry cloth.

Occasionally

emove any dust or hair f
rom the air
intake using a brush.

Plug wiring:
This product is fitted with a BS 1363 13-amp plug. If
you have to replace the fuse, only those that are ASTA
or BSI approved to BS1362 and with a rated current of
13 amps should be used. If there is a fuse cover fitted,
this cover must be refitted after changing the fuse. If
the fuse cover is lost or damaged, the plug must not be
used. You must also check if the socket outlets in your
home fit with the plug of the appliance. If the socket
outlet in your home does not fit with the plug, the plug
must be removed and disposed of safely as insertion
of the plug into the socket is likely to cause electric
hazard.
As this product is a class II appliance, the pin of
BS plug for earth connection is false.
• The automatic ionising function prevents static
electricity in the hair and makes it soft and shiny.
