This bike is not suitable for
therapeutic use. Consult a

appliance stop the exercise and

Set up and operate the exercise
bicycle on a mat and on a solid level
surface. A parameter distance of
1meter is required before assembling
and operating the unit. Adjust the
stabilizer for assure stability.
Wear clothing suitable for doing
exercise. Do not use baggy clothing
that might get caught up in the
bike. Always wear running shoes or
trainers when using the machine.
Keep your hands well away from
any of the moving parts.
This appliance must only be used
for the purposes described in this
manual. Do not use accessories
that are not recommended by the
manufacturer.
Do warm up stretching exercises
before using the equipment.
