CHARACTERISTIC FUNCTION
Variable Browning Control
Adjust browning control to desired level. Your personal
preference and different bread types will require different
settings.
Stop Button
Depress the stop button to stop toasting at any time.
Defrost Button
Use this function for toasting frozen bread. It gives a longer
toasting time.
Reheat Button
Use this function to reheat toast. It gives a shortened toasting
time.
Bread Rack Lever
Depress lever fully to begin toasting. After toasting, lift lever
for removing small slices of bread to avoid placing fingers or
obstacles into the toaster
Crumb Tray
Slide out crumb tray after each use and wipe clean for
efficient and safe use of your toaster.
Cord Storage
Wrap cord in cord storage facility when not in use or extra
length of cord if not required.
2. USING
YOUR
TOASTER
WARNING! Never attempt to extract jammed toast, muffins, bagels or any other item
with a knife or sharp metal object, as contact with the live elements can cause
electrical shock. Unplug the appliance and allow it to cool down completely before
attempting to remove the bread.
1)
Insert the plug into a suitable mains supply socket and turn the power on.
2)
Place two or four slices of bread, muffins or bagels into the bread slots.

Select the desired browning setting. (When using the toaster for the first time
we suggest toasting on no. 3. Varying types of bread and personal preference
may require a different browning setting)
4)
Press the bread rack lever down until it clicks into place. The toasting cycle
will automatically commence.
NOTE
: If the toaster is not plugged in and
switched on at the mains supply, the bread rack will not stay down.
5)
The toaster automatically switches off and raises the toast after the desired
toast cycle is complete. The toasting process can be stopped at any time by
pressing the cancel button.
