SETTING UP
WARNING

For outdoor use only, in a well-ventilated area.

Minimum clearance to adjacent combustible
materials.

MUST
have a clearance of 24” on all sides from a
dwelling, walls, aluminum siding, windows, fencing, and
any other combustible material.The appliance shall not be
located or used under overhead unprotected combustible
construction.
This appliance will be hot during and after use.

MUST NOT
be under any overhang, siding, or other combustible material.
•
NOT FOR
use on any boat or recreational vehicle.
•
DO NOT
in enclosed spaces such as a carport, garage, porch, or covered patio.
•
DO NOT
block ventilation holes on the sides or back of the unit.
•
AVOID
set-up in windy locations.
•
KEEP
your griddle in an area clear and free from combustible materials, gasoline and other flammable vapors and
liquids.
Where to Setup Your Griddle
GAS HOOK-UP’S AND WARNINGS
(LP) Liquid Petroleum Gas
•
LP gas is non-toxic, odourless and colourless when produced. For your safety, LP gas has been given an odour
(similar to rotten cabbage) so that it can be smelled.
•
LP gas is highly flammable and may ignite unexpectedly when mixed with air.
LP Cylinder Requirements:
•
Use LP cylinder only with these required measurements:
3.8” (9.65cm) (diameter) x 7.8” (19.81cm) (tall) with 16.4oz capacity.
•
LP bottle must be constructed and marked in accordance with the specifications for LP bottles, U.S. Department
of Transportation (DOT) or the Standard for Cylinders, Spheres and Tubes for the Transportation of Dangerous
Goods, CAN/CSA-B339.
•
Only cylinders marked
“propane”
should be used.
NOTE:
The regulator may make a humming or whistling noise during operation. This will not affect safety or
use of griddle.
