Warranty and warranty limitations
Warranty :
the Memorex battery charger RX 1 Smart and/or its transformer is
warranted to be free from defects in material and operation for three years. If in the
unlikely event it is found to be defective within this period of time, the importer/
manufacturer will repair or replace it. When returning the defect device, the sales
receipt must be enclosed. Warranty does not cover misuse, accidental or deliberate
damage, wear and tear or loss. Under no condition can the importer/manufacturer
be held liable for loss or damage to items or appliances, consequential or incidental
damages or expenses incurred. This does not affect your statutory rights.
