7.1 Troubleshooting schedule
Problem
Cause
Action
The product does not work.
The power plug is disconnected.
Connect the power plug to a power outlet.
The cooking time has not been set.
Set the cooking time.
The power circuit is overloaded.
Connect the product to a separate power circuit.
The food is not fully cooked.
You are cooking too much food at a time. Cook a smaller amount of food at a time.
The cooking temperature is too low.
Increase the cooking temperature and continue
to cook the food.
The cooking time is too short.
Use longer cooking time.
The food has not been turned.
Make sure that you turn food that is necessary
to turn.
White smoke comes out from
the product.
There is too much oil in the product.
Remove excess oil.
There is grease on the accessory.
Clean the accessory.
