DESCALING
Descale the percolator at regular intervals with
a descaling agent.
WASTE DISPOSAL
Recycle products that have reached the end of
their useful life according to local regulations.
IMPORTANT:
• Never open the lid while heating up the
water.
• Do not touch the pot when the
percolator is in use.
Making coffee with the strainer
1. Fill the pot with cold water to the max-min
marking. Do not overfill.
2. Put the stabilising spring with the silicone
rubber foot over the strainer and riser,
and put the bottom end of the riser in the
pocket in the bottom of the pot.
3. Spread the ground coffee evenly over the
strainer.
4. Twist the lid clockwise until it safely locks
in place.
5. Switch on the power switch and turn the
temperature dial to 100°C.
6. The coffee is ready to serve when the
GREEN status light goes on.
MAINTENANCE
CLEANING
• Switch off the percolator, pull out the plug
from the power point, and allow the
percolator to cool before cleaning.
• Take off the lid, strainer and riser, and
clean them in running water.
• Always rinse out the pot after use.
• Pour a little hot water into the pot and
brush the inside of the pot. Rinse with hot
water until the water is clear.
• Clean the inside of the pot with a soft
brush. Rinse thoroughly with clean water.
WARNING!
• Do not use abrasive or solvent-based
detergents.
• Never immerse the percolator in water
or any other liquid.
