If the cutting rollers cannot cut the dough, this means it is too soft. In which case, add more flour
and run it through the smooth rollers.

If the dough is too dry and the cutting rollers cannot get a “grip” on it, add a little water and run it
through the smooth rollers. Place the finished pasta on a cloth or kitchen towel and allow to dry for
at least one hour. Pasta keeps for a long time, for 1–2 weeks, if it is stored dry and cool. Boil up
salted water (4 litres per 500 g of pasta) and put the pasta in the water when it boils. Fresh pasta is
ready in just a few minutes, about 2–5 minutes, depending on its thickness. Carefully stir and pour
the pasta into a colander when it is ready.
MAINTENANCE
1.
Clean the edges under the smooth rollers
with paper now and then during use.
2.
Do not wash the machine in water, or in a
dishwasher.
