USE
BEFORE USE
NOTE: Switch off the appliance and unplug the plug from the mains before assembling.
1.
Turn the lock clockwise 90° to release the top. Lift up the top by hand so that it locks in its
upright position.
2.
Select a suitable accessory.
– Use the mixer spatula for normal to hard kneading.
– Use the dough paddle for mixing and kneading yeast dough.
– Use the whisk to add air to the mixture.
3.
Align the rectangular slot in the accessory to the pin on the axle (diagram 1). Press the
accessory up as far as it will go. Turn it anticlockwise to lock the pin in the slot. NOTE: Check
that the accessory has locked in place properly, otherwise it can come loose during the
kneading.
4.
Put the bowl on the base and turn it clockwise to lock in place (diagram 2).
