SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Read the operating instructions carefully before use.
Save them for future reference.
• Check that the voltage selector setting matches the mains voltage.
• Never leave the appliance unattended when the power cord is
plugged in.
• Unplug the power cord before filling/emptying water.
• The appliance is intended to be used as a travel iron, not for
regular ironing in the home.
• Only use and store the appliance on a stable surface.
• Do not use the appliance if it has been dropped, is visibly damaged
or leaks.
• The soleplate and steam are very hot – risk of burn injuries.
• Do not leave water in the appliance if the temperature in the room is
0°C or lower.
• Make sure that no one is standing in front of the appliance when
you press the steam button – the jet of steam reaches a long way.
• Do not touch hot parts. Use the handle and knobs.
• Do not allow the power cord to come into contact with the hot
surfaces.
• Do not fill the appliance from a running tap, use the supplied
beaker.
• Allow the appliance to cool before cleaning.
• Never immerse the appliance, the power cord or plug in water or
any other liquid.
• Unplug the power cord before filling/emptying water, before
cleaning, and when the appliance is not in use.
