The location of the devices
Using a fixed heater in a non-fire hazard or non-explosive room
It is usually possible to position a heater in the same room that it heats.
Cold air can be taken from this room. The combustion air can also be taken from the room, if
there is a sufficient supply of combustion air. Otherwise, the combustion air must be taken
from the outside.
In the public rooms of apartment buildings, the heater must usually be positioned in a heater
room compatible with a boiler room.
The same heater cannot be used to heat more than one residential apartment.
In a residential apartment, the heater can be positioned in a room as well, if it has been
deemed suitable for this purpose in the prior approval.
