Place the roof panels 

(No. 8, 36 & 

38)

 ontop of the building and 

truss making sure the roof 

panels sit into the gables and 

truss. Do not fix the roof panels 

untill all roof panels are in place.

There are two roof panels for the 

10x10 building, three for the 

12x10 and 15x10, four for the 

14x10 and 20x10, five for the 

16x10 and six for the 18x10.

Ensure there is an eqal amount 

of roof overhang on either side 

of the building.

Secure the roof panels 

(No. 8, 36 & 38) 

together 

using the metal U channel 

(No. 32) 

 and 6x40mm 

screws per U channel.

For a 10x10 you will have one U channel, two for the 

12x10 & 15x10, three for the 14x10 & 20x10, four for 

the 16x10 and five for the 18x10.

10x10 - 6 x 40mm screws

12x10 - 12 x 40mm screws

14x10 - 18 x 40mm screws

15x10 - 12 x 40mm screws

16x10 - 24 x 40mm screws

18x10 - 30 x 40mm screws

20x10 - 18 x 40mm screws

Place the roof panels 

(No. 8, 36 & 

38)

 ontop of the building and 

truss making sure the roof panels 

sit into the gables and truss . 

Place two roof panels for the 

10x10 building, three for the 

12x10 and 15x10, four for the 

14x10 and 20x10, five for the 

16x10 and six for the 18x10.

Ensure there is an eqal amount of

Secure all the roof panels to the 

building using 40mm screws 

ensuring the building is square 

before fixing.

Following the same method used in the previ-

ous step, secure the roof panels 

(No. 8, 36 & 38)

together using the metal U channel 

(No. 32)

and 6x40mm screws per U channel.

For a 10x10 you will have one U channel, two

20x10, four for the 16x10 and five for the 18x10.
