Assembly of the Door Panel (

) and
Door (

).
Place the Door Panel (
No. 2
) on a flat level
surface and place the Door (
No. 8
) as shown.
Fix the 3 Hinges (
No. 29
) to the door
framing with 3x30mm black screws.
The door can be hung from either side
to suit your needs.
It is important that the door is placed
central in the space provided.
Fix the Hinges (
No. 29
) to the Door panel
(
No. 2
) using 4x30mm black screws.
21x30mm black screws.
Step 5
Place the Bunk Floor (
No. 6
) onto the
horizontal framing of the Back Panel
(
No. 3
) and flush with the horizontal
framing of the Tall Window panel (
No. 5
).
Fix into position using 7x70mm screws as
shown.

Fix the back of the Door Panel (
No. 2
) against
the sides of the Tall and Short Window Panels
(

No. 5
). Fix with 6x50mm screws
internally.
Do not secure the building to the Floor
until the Roof is fitted.

Fix the Bunk Floor (
No. 6
) onto the
horizontal framing of the Door Panel (
No. 2
)
as shown.
Fix into position using 3x70mm screws as
shown.
