Lay the first 6 boards (

No. 23, 24, 33, 36, 41, 83, 86 & 87

) onto the starter boards to create your first level, follow-

ing the method as shown in the illustrated.

 

Please note the right hand side of the door will be slightly higher. This will even out when the rest has been 

assembled. 

*Ensure that the boards are level and flush with each other as you lay each one.

Ensure the boards 

(No.83 & 87)

 are level, flush and in line with the boards next to them.

Secure every other board

 (No. 83 & 87)

 in place by screwing through the side of the board at an angle into the 

end of the board next to it 

(No. 41 & 33 left handed & 36 right handed)

, using 1x60mm screw per board.
