check if the PCB has reset. If not, change the

Power down the gate operator for 20 seconds.
•
Once the gate has been powered up again,
check if the PCB has reset. If not, change the

unable to move

Check the motor is free to move.

Clear any obstruction.

Check any pivot points or track for debris
