Problem
If you encounter some operation problems with the ME-300D,
please check the following items first:
No response after
pressing On/Off
switch

Is your ME-300D powered up?

Are your ear buds blocked by ear wax?
Clean your ear buds with a cotton swab if necessary.

Long press the power key at least 3 seconds to power on/off
the device
.
Sound from the
earphone isn't loud
enough
▲
Are the ear buds completely inserted into your ears?
Gently wiggle it into your ear canal.
▲
Is the volume adjusted properly?
Try a different volume setting on ear piece.
▲
Is the stereo earphone jack fully plugged into the control
box?
Make sure you hear a click which indicating that it is fully
plugged in all the way.
High-pitched noises
in earphone
Insert ear buds tightly into ear canal. The one marked "L" is for
Left ear, and "R" is for Right ear.
Reduce volume or increase the distance between the earphone
and the microphone of the control box.
Battery is not
charging

Is the adapter completely connected to the ME-300D?
The blue LED indicator light will be on when the device is in
charging.
