Setting the room temperature control unit/display view
Standard display
Here you see an example of the standard display:
•
"Comfort" operating mode
• Actual temperature
• Heating
is active in order to reach the comfort setpoint
temperature
.
•
is constantly displayed: Time synchronisation with the timer
(e.g., Merten's annual timer REG-K).
• Weekday display
3
= Wednesday
|
Remember that the display of the weekday depends on the pre-
settings. Your electrical installer has set
a specific weekday to
1
. In some countries the first day of the week is not Monday, but
Sunday, for example. The other numbers have different
meanings accordingly (e. g., 2 = Monday, 3 = Tuesday etc.)

Setting setpoint temperature
From the standard display:

1 x
key
centre
–
long
key press (Figure

).
The menu command "setting the setpoint temperature" is shown with
the value last set, for example 24.0°C.
Your electrical installer has defined six setpoint temperatures
:
• One comfort setpoint temperature (for comfort operation) each for
heating and cooling
• One standby setpoint temperature (for standby operation) each for
heating and cooling
• Night setpoint temperature (for night operation) for both heating
and cooling
You see the setpoint temperature of the current operation mode. You
can only change this setpoint temperature. In order to change the
setpoint temperature of another operating mode, you have to switch
operating mode first (see „Setting the operating mode", p. 39).
|
This new setpoint temperature is valid either until the next time
the operating mode is switched or permanently, depending on
preconfiguration .
