Maintenance and troubleshooting
The accessories must not be repaired and handled with care.
Do not position the leg cuffs, arm cuff, abdominal belt
or other accessories near direct or indirect sources of
heat.
Do not place the device in damp or wet areas. Do not
soak the equipment in any way, do not pour any liquid
over the equipment.
Do not wash the equipment and accessories with
water or detergents. Simply wipe with a damp cloth.
Do not store the device with its accessories in a
particularly cold area or under a temperature of 0° C.
The device could seriously be damaged.
If you don’t use the device for a length of time, place
it back in its box.
Environment of use and safekeeping
• Use and maintain the device and its accessories in a clean environment and at a tempe-
rature between 10 – 40 °C, and humidity of 30 – 85%;
• Do not use in outside environments.

The unit does not turn
on
• Check that it is correctly connected to the mains;
• Check that the switch has been switch to ON (I) (OFF/ON (0-I) button);
• Check the status of the power cable, it must be intact.
You hear strange hits si-
milar to that of escaping
air
• Check to ensure that the hoses, the accessories and the connector hoses
are intact;
• Check to ensure that all the connections (do the unit and to the applica-
tors) have been inserted correctly;
• Check that the air connector hoses are not bent, squashed or crushed.
The air does not flow to
the applicators, there is
insufficient pressure
• Check to ensure that the connector hoses to the unit and the applicators
have been correctly connected;
• Check that the air connector hoses are not bent, squashed or crushed;
•
Check that the chambers are inflated progressively and according to the
selected program;
• Make sure you set the pressure control correctly;
• Verify that the actual air outlet from the unit is present.
The air continues to flow
into the chambers and
you hear an air leak in
the applicators
• Check for holes or damage in the applicators’ air chambers. If no abnor-
malities are present, switch off the device, turn it on again to check again
to ensure that is functioning properly.
