BREAKING IN THE PUMP
○
Check and tighten all bolts,
fi
ttings, etc.
○
Pull the pressure regulator knob out and turn fully
clockwise to open the air
fl
ow. (Fig. 3)
○
Place the switch in the
OFF
(
O
) position and plug in
the power cord.
○
Open the drain valve completely (Fig. 4).
○
Turn the air compress
ON
(
l
) and run the air
compressor for 10 minutes to break in pump parts.
○
Place the switch in the
OFF
(
O
) position.
○
Close the drain valve (Fig. 4).

Pull telescopic handle out until it locks into place.

CAUTION: The telescopic handle is only for
pulling the unit. (Fig. 6)
DO NOT lift the unit by this handle.

To collapse the handle, apply pressure for the
fi
rst few
inches to unlock, then slide the handle strait in until it
stops. (Fig. 5)
WARNING:
Two person lift.
Do not attempt to lift the
compressor by yourself.
Lifting the compressor is a
two-man operation requiring
the assistance of another
person. The compressor is
lifted by gripping hand holds
A and B. (Fig. 7)

When transporting the compressor, do not drop the
unit or allow the unit to fall from a vertical position.
