If diagnostic time is required, contact Metalcraft of Georgia, Inc.
prior to beginning the warranty repair for approval. Metalcraft
must approve travel time reimbursement prior to beginning the
warranty repair.

All deal
ers will warranty their technician’s work to the purchaser
and will indemnify Metalcraft of Georgia, Inc. from such claims.

Warranty reimbursement is NOT possible when failure falls
under the “limitations” as identified in the Limited Warranty
Statement or on claims, due to damage or shortage that are
obviously the responsibility of the dealer or delivering carrier or
on the entire claim when warranty policy and provisions are not
followed.

Dealers will be notified of a denied claim in writing and will state
the reason for denial. A dealer has a right to appeal this claim
within 30 days of denial. If there is no appeal the claim will be
considered closed.
