Normal bending after conical bending

After conical bending, the rollers must be brought back 
into parallel position. 

Step 1: Use the handwheels to bring the guide roller and 

the lower roller in parallel position to the upper 
roller. 

Step 2: Lock the rollers.

Step 3: Check the parallelism of the rollers with a gauge.

Removal of the workpiece

Step 1: Pull the locking handle out

Step 2: Pull the guide roller out to the front

Step 3: Remove the guide roller from the anvil

Step 4: Take the formed sheet from the roll.

Step 5: Reassemble the roller in reverse order and lock 

the roller.

8.5 Bending wires

Use the smallest possible notch on the lower roll to bend 
your wire. Slide the wire into the correct notch and turn 
the handle to shape it. The remaining procedures and 
adjustments are identical to those of bending a sheet.
