FIXING WORKPIECE
Warning: Must fix workpiece correctly and firmly with vice otherwise the tool and workpiece will be damaged and
user may injure. After finishing cut, wait until saw blade stop rotation then lift it up. Mount the vice on side of the
hold of guide plate and fix the screw at back of the plate to fix lever of vice. Adjust position of vice bracket
according to workpiece thickness and shape.
Note: During operation, workpiece should be fixed firmly by a vice and against the rotative base and guide plate .
If some parts touch the vice, readjust the position of vice bracket. Place workpiece against the guide plate and
rotative base. Put workpiece to the cutting position and tighten screw at vice to fix workpiece firmly.
Note: When cutting long workpiece, use support which is as high as upper surface of rotative base.

Before use, saw head must be released from locked to operating position, DO NOT operate saw in lower
locked position.

Before turning on, confirm that saw blade will not contact wood or any other surface.

When cutting, use moderate downward pressure, DO NOT force the saw.

When cutting, lower handle slowly
PRESSED CUTTING (cut small workpiece)
Workpiece within 60 mm height, 120 mm width can be cut as following method.

Fix workpiece with vice.

Turn on the switch and wait till the saw blade reaches max . Speed, then
lower the saw blade gently to cut .

When finished a job, turn off the switch .

MITERED ANGLE CUT
Please refer to the above section “ADJUSTMENT OF MITERED ANGLE”.
BEVEL CUT

Can make left bevel cut form 0°to 45°.When bevel an gle is 45° it can cut
28mmX120mm workpiece.

Loosen lever and incline saw blade to set the angle. Fix workpiece with
vice.

Turn on the switch and make sure that saw blade has attained full-speed revolution. Lower handle to the end
gently to cut workpiece.

After finished with a job, turn off the switch. Lift up saw blade completely after it stops rotation.
TRANSPORTATION
●
Disconnect the plug from the power receptacle. Fix saw blade at 0°bevel cut and the rotative at 0°posi tion.
●
Low handle completely and lock it with stop bolt.
●
When carrying tool, grasp the handle firmly as shown in figure.
