8.1
IP Address, Mask and Gateway
8.1.1 Every switch has pre-set default configuration with mask 255.255.255.0 and
following IP addresses:

8.1.2 Run application SIMULand (available on the website
www.metel.eu

8.1.3 Select menu „Project/Find devices“. Your computer must have a valid IP address
which is in the range used by the switches (default: 10.xxx.xxx.xxx and mask
255.255.255.0). Please check firewall settings if no device was found. A new rule
must be created for SIMULand or Firewall must be turned off.
8.1.4 Select „Project/Find devices“ (Remote management)
