Start-up, configuration
7.1
Prerequisites
Before commissioning the blue’Log, the device must be securely mounted and all
cables connected correctly.
7.2
Start-up
To start up the system, the following steps are required:
Switch on the power supply
Wait until the blue‘Log has finished booting.
The status LED on the device lights up.
ATTENTION
Disconnecting the power supply
The blue’Log data logger is normally disconnected from the power supply
via the disconnecting device described in Chapter Fehler! Verweisquelle

disconnected from the mains by unplugging the orange mains plug labeled
with "
Power in (10 V…60 V DC)
".
7.3
Making/checking connections
7.3.1
Ethernet connection
Integrate the blue’Log into a local network using a patch cable for direct access and
Internet access (1 m patch cable is supplied).
ATTENTION
Power supply
It is imperative to ensure correct polarity (+ / -) during connection of the
supply line to the terminal.
