Date / time
To set the date and time, proceed as follows:
1.
Navigate to the "System" area via the top navigation bar.
2.
Navigate to the "Basic module" area via the left-hand navigation menu and select
"Date / time".
Three different settings are available for "time synchronization", selected via the
drop-down menu.
7.11.1
System default time synchronization
If the time synchronization is set to "system default" the blue'Log synchronizes its
system time with the meteocontrol safer'Sun portal. Only the specified time zone is
necessary so that the right time can be assigned to the data logger.
The following setting is available:
Time zone
(The time zone in which your system is located)
The following information is displayed:
Date
(Automatically retrieved date and time)

Custom settings time synchronization
With the setting “user defined” a time-server can be dedicated to the blue'Log. The
system time is then synchronized with the selected time-server.
The following settings are available:
Time server address (Enter the address of an NTP time server,
e.g.:
0.de.pool.ntp.org
)
Time zone
(The time zone in which your system is located)
The following information is displayed:
Date
(Date and time automatically retrieved via the selected
time server)

Deactivated time synchronization
If the time synchronization is deactivated the blue’Log do not query any time-server,
the entered system time is used. By specifying the time zone the changeover between
daylight saving time and standard time can be defined.
The following settings are available:
Time zone
(The time zone in which your system is located)
Date
(Manual input of date and time)
