Inverters
1.
Navigate to the "Devices" area via the top navigation bar.

Navigate to the "Inverters" area via the left-hand navigation menu.

Via the drop-down menu, select the manufacturer of the connected inverter (e.g.
Kaco).

Select the blue’Log data logger interface to which the inverter is connected (e.g.
RS485/422 – 1). If the blue’Log basic device was expanded by an RS485/422 MX
module, further interfaces will be available in this selection.
5.
Start the scanning process of the selected bus interface and its connected
inverters by choosing “Start Scan”.

Once the scan is complete, the inverters found will be listed under "Inverter
overview".
The listed inverters are now known to the blue’Log data logger and will be queried
continuously.
With RS485 communication, only one device class can be queried per
connection. Mixed operation on one bus is therefore not possible.
