3.2.2.3 REATTACH PYRANOMETER AND RAIN FUNNEL
The following instructions explain how to replace the rain funnel. Before replacing the funnel,
do the following:
1. Reattach the pyranometer connector by mating the two halves of the white connector
and seating them firmly together until the tabs lock (
NOTE: The connector is keyed and will only connect if oriented correctly.
2. Check to be sure the downspout screen is in place on the water exit downspout
) before replacing the rain funnel.
NOTE: This keeps insects out of the interior of the instrument.
