No pyranometer reading
Carefully remove the funnel

THE FUNNEL BEFORE DETACHING THE FUNNEL.
Make sure the pyranometer plug (

ATMOS 41W unit not showing

Force Close the app and relaunch.
Ensure location service is turned on when using a smart device.
Ensure the ATMOS 41W has good batteries.
Press the
TEST button to reset it.
Connect to a second Bluetooth device. If the connection works,
the problem is likely with the first device.
ZENTRA Utility Mobile reports
it lost the connection
Force Close the app and relaunch.

Ensure the ATMOS 41W has good batteries.

TEST button to reset it.

Sensor stopped making
measurements
Wait for at least the length of the measurement interval to ensure
the instrument had enough time to record data.
Ensure the instrument is configured to measure data, i.e., make
sure the measurement interval is not set to Off (not logging).
Check the battery. The ATMOS 41W will stop making sensor
measurements when the batteries are extremely low.
Press the
TEST button to reset the instrument and try to
reconnect after the status lights settle on slow green blinking.
Sensor measurement data
does not seem to be correct
Check that measurement unit options are looking at the desired
unit type (example %RH vs Vapor Pressure).

Sensor data shows No
response in the Scan window
or
Downloaded data shows #N/A
The raw data measured by the sensor is out of expected range for
the sensor. This could be caused by a damaged sensor.
