Device Connections - Reconnecting
A SKALA Hub cannot keep track of connected instruments while off. When restarting a Hub,
devices will need to be reconnected. When a user logs in, any native devices will
automatically reconnect. Other devices will need to be connected again following the steps
below.

Log in on the Hub.
●
Unplug the device, and replug it into the Hub.
●
Wait for a screen to appear.
●
Select “Reconnect as Known Device”.
●
Select the correct device from the list.
●
The serial number may need to be entered again
depending on the device.
●
Your device should now be connected.
