1.The refrigerator should be located in a completely flat surface , Leave 5~10 

   cm between each side of the appliance and the wall, 

   and leave 30 cm between the top of the appliance and 

   the ceiling.

    The drain tube is jammed. Please use a proper tool to solve it.
