25.1.5 Media Server
(Only for devices with internal or external hard disks)
The Media Server establishes an internal network between several devices (TV sets,
smartphones, etc.).
To transmit a programme currently being broadcast to another device with a time delay, you
must first configure preset values.
Configuring preset values
• Press
button to open the "Functional overview".
• Select "Menu" with the cursor and press the
button.
• Select "Network" with the cursor and press the
button.
• Select "Local Services" with the cursor in the context menu and press the
button.
• Select "Server" with the cursor in the context menu and press the
button.
• Press the
button and select "Media Server on" with the cursor.
• Use the cursor to select "Standby time" and press the
button.
• Use the cursor to enter the desired time and press the
button.
The "Standby time“ is the time during which the server is still available in the network
after it has been switched off.
• Select "Device network name" with the cursor in the context menu and press the
button.
• Press the
button and enter the name of the device or select it from the list.
• Press the
button to exit the menu.
