Oven Cooking

Do not place the lids directly on a hot burner, or put hot lids in

cold water as this will reduce their break resistance.

Lids (Wherever applicable)

We thank you for choosing Meyer Centennial cookware and

wish you a seamless cooking experience. The following details

have been imparted to help you understand how to retain the

quality of your newly purchased cookware, Its usage and care,

general safety, and warranty. Prior to the first use, remove all

lables of the cookware, wash it with detergent, rinse and dry

thoroughly.
The construction of our cookware enables even heat distribu-

tion; hence, food can be cooked on a low to medium heat.

However, the fittings may heat up depending on the duration of

your cooking. Thus, as a safety measure, always use an oven

glove while cooking or when you use it in the oven. Please note

that our cookware is suitable for all conventional cookware

types, including induction.

Use pan on a burner of the corresponding diameter for

optimum utility. If you are using gas, adjust flame according to

the sides of the pan. Manoeuvre a small cookware carefully as

they might topple when they have little quantity or are empty.

Kindly Note:

Do not leave an empty pan or hot oil on a hot

burner unattended as this might impair the cookware’s perfor-

mance and may also cause discolouration.

Stove Top Cooking

Keep your glass hobs clean to eliminate food deposits which

may harden and cause cosmetic scratching on the surface,

Also, practise lifting the cookware, rather than sliding it to avoid

scratching.

Gas Hobs (All Heating Types)

Follow  the  hob  manufacturers’  guidelines  when  matching

cookware to the ring size. Do not leave a pan unattended

when preheating since induction prompts quick heat up.
